  Disclaimer: I have not received any treatment at this clinic but I did have a consultation there for which I was charged at first and later refunded after being contacted about leaving the following review of my experience:
  
  I initially walked in to book an urgent appointment for an emergency treatment of neck (which was work-related), and an appointment was booked for next day. The receptionist did not mention that I would not be getting any treatment at the consultation (which is £40 for about 20 mins of just chatting), nor was it mentioned that I would not be getting any treatment at all until I have have paid them for an overpriced x-ray (£85). I’ve been going to Osteopath’s and chiropractors my whole life because of my profession, and an x-ray was never required. I had no way of guessing about an x-ray, and I even asked about it but wasn’t told enough info; I should have been told I would not be getting any treatment without an x-ray and it should have been made clear to me that I wouldn’t be getting treatment during consultation before booking. I thought it was a waste of money and massive waste of time, and I left the above review on google.
  
  I was later contacted by the owner and told that I should have never been charged without getting treated and should have been informed about the x-ray. I was also told that the doctor who saw me, resigned next day. Before that phone call, I did find another negative review (for the same reasons- of being charged with no treatment/ not being told about X-rays), which was explained in the same way (“the doctor who has mistreated you has now resigned.”). The cost of my appointment has since been refunded back to me which is why I’ve given this service 2 stars instead of 1. But I would approach with little caution and ask to be explained what service I would be getting before booking.

  I visited the clinic having been suffering from long term neck pain and persistent headaches. From my first phone call to the consultation and treatment appointments, the service I have received has been fantastic.
  
  Since starting the treatment a few weeks ago, my headaches have dramatically eased (I was waking up with them almost every morning) plus I now have more flexibility in my neck and a lot less pain.
  
  I would definitely recommend this clinic and the service provided - the staff are very welcoming and friendly and the treatment provided has been great.
